I live far away, how can I do this?

Great question. We have great ongoing results with remote coaching and some of our most successful clients are thousands of miles away. This is a choice. There are no quick fixes for long-term solutions. If you want to commit to healthy choices, we can help.

How do I do it?

The Dan Plan Diet guides you on what, how much and when to eat. You remain in full control. We are there supporting you. You can eat plenty of food. You won't be hungry. You will see the results. There is shared accountability. There will be attainable and measurable results. You check in every day with what you ate, how much water you drank, what you did for exercise and how much sleep you got. You do this directly to your coach or to the private online group (your choice). You should weigh in once a week.

I'm vegan, a vegetarian, keep kosher or only eat paleo. Can I do this?
Of course. Dan is vegetarian, has been vegan and has helped every type of person you can think of succeeding. No matter your restrictions (religious, allergies, ethical, etc) the results are attainable. You will see positive changes in the first weeks. No matter what you want to restrict, we can make this work for you.

What do I need to purchase?


There is nothing for sale. There is nothing to buy. There are no supplements. No pills. No purchased meals. The Dan Plan Diet is based on simple healthy choices and a shared commitment of guided accountability with unmatched accessibility.


How much does it cost?

Our current price is $199 for the first month and set up, $99 a month for as long as you decide to stay on board.
We ask only for a 3-month commitment to getting you real attainable results. Annual plans are available with a limited one-time discount. Ready to really commit?


I’m traveling for work often. Can I do this?

Every city, town and airport has a very large amount of approved foods accessible to you. That is a simple fact. We will help you learn new habits and eat healthy on the road. There are no quick fixes for sustainable solutions.



I cheated on my diet. What now?


If you cheat, no worries. It is apart of our model of Re-Centering. It’s not the end of the world. We all go off plan at times. That is where the unmatched accessibility of individualized live feedback becomes even more valuable. Bad meal choice? No worries. Re-Center. Re-Balance.


I don’t live in Miami. How can I exercise with you?

The Dan Plan Diet offers options to join in on live workouts. You can always do our posted workouts. We will provide guidance and exercises designed for your goals. Need us to speak to your local trainer? No problem. If you want more personalized attention, we offer private online training. Just ask.



Do you have any recipes I should try?


Of course. Sharing in the private group is a part of the support model. There is shared accountability and shared results. Members have access to recipes, shared challenges with live feedback and online exercise programs.

Do I have to drink this much water?

Yes. However, it does not mean you can not eat food. The Dan Plan Diet is simple and balanced with proven results.

This food is not on The Dan Plan. Can I eat it?

You can eat anything you want. It is your choice. However, if you want to see attainable results like the hundreds of people that have completed Phase 1 this year alone, then eat exactly according to The Dan Plan Diet. There are no quick fixes to long-term solutions.

I never get 8 hours of sleep because of the kids, work, etc.

Sleep helps, will only benefit you and make your results more rapid, but we have numerous success stories of mothers with young kids, doctors working late shifts and many others who do not have the ability to get that many hours of sleep. Simply said, The Dan Plan Diet alone will give you more energy.


How often should I weigh in?

Once a week is all you need to do. A smart scale at home or the gym will give you and us more information, but how you look and feel will be the most obvious measurement.

I’m hungry between meals, but don’t like protein powder. What can I eat?

There is a long list of unlimited foods you can eat. This diet is based on balanced choices, portion size and simplicity. Once you reach your goals, Phase 2 offers more food options.

I don't have or like using social media. Do I have to use Facebook Messenger and/or Facebook Groups to communicate?
It really helps us communicate with you and provide the individual feedback of support. It adds to accountability. We can help you create an anonymous account if that is what concerns you.  We will never share or sell your private information.
